Zurzeit passiert viel in Reinfeld und auch im neuen Jahr stehen einige Bauvorhaben an. Die Sanierung der Reinfelder Innenstadt ist wichtig. Auch wenn viele Kosten gefördert werden, ist es Aufgabe der Politik, die Kosten zu überwachen und zu kontrollieren. Insbesondere aufgrund der angespannten Haushaltslage.
Die CDU Reinfeld achtet besonders darauf, dass die Kosten zu Beginn eines öffentlichen Bauvorhabens vollständig beziffert werden können, damit es später keine Überraschungen gibt und ständig zusätzliche Mittel zur Verfügung gestellt werden müssen.
Lorenz Hartwig, Vorsitzender der CDU Reinfeld, hat eine Checkliste mit Excel erstellt, die sich an die DIN-Norm 276 hält. Diese Norm regelt die Kostenermittlung im Bauwesen. "Die Liste ist in verschiedene Kostengruppen, wie Grundstück, Bauwerk oder Baunebenkosten unterteilt. Pro Kostengruppe werden die zugehörigen Kosten notiert. Automatisch werden dann auf einer Übersichtsseite die Höhe der einzelnen Kostengruppen sowie die Gesamtkosten angezeigt" erklärt Lorenz Hartwig die Vorgehensweise.
"Wir werden diese Liste zukünftig bei allen öffentlichen Bauvorhaben anwenden und gemeinsam mit den anderen Fraktionen und der Verwaltung darauf achten, dass die ermittelten Baukosten stimmig sind", so Torsten Fuhr, Fraktionsvorsitzender der CDU Reinfeld.
